Scratched my Lexus up (which seems to be a common problem judging by other reviews). I could feel my back tire moving up and down on the railing during the wash which is why checked. Tore up the mud flap on that side. Employee took a report and photos and told me manager would call. Took them 2 months to call me back after I left several messages and they are denying anything happened. If you have a nice car, please do not go here.
I hope my next Experience will be better. My car was not extremely dirty. I paid extra to have my tires
