Booking house cleaning services can be a hassle, but CR Maids made it a breeze. Their online booking process was intuitive and easy to use, and their team arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They were friendly and professional, and they did an excellent job of cleaning my home. I appreciate the convenience of being able to book their services online, and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
I used CR maids a few years ago and they did an incredible job. So, recently, I booked them for a move-out clean for a rental property. They booked me a deep clean. After going to house after they were done, I saw almost nothing complete. Fridge was dirty. Cabinets weren't done. Tracks on doors and windows were a mess. I called to ask what happened and they said those weren't included in the "deep" clean. So, they charged an additional $100 to come back out and clean those. After viewing the second time out, there were still cabinets missed. I called again with my concerns and they mentioned their providers work on a time constraint and couldn't get to the other cabinets. Altogether, I paid $450 for service that wasn't thoroughly completed due to time constraints of their cleaners. It was very surprising and I doubt I will ever use them again
