This is the second time I have used B&A Power Washing to power wash my exterior with low pressure. I was skeptical at first but the outside of my house looked beautiful both times. They have great communication and are easy to work with. I will be a returning customer.

We originally scheduled power washing of our house with B&A Power Washing for a Monday between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. At 10:45 am that morning, we received a call that the appointment had to be rescheduled for the next day (Tuesday) between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm. We weren’t home that morning. When we returned home just before 1:00 pm for the appointment, we found an invoice with a note saying, “The wind is really bad today so if there is any missed spots, please let me know.” We walked around the house to see how well the washing had been done. We noticed that there were still cobwebs and dirt in various places along the walls. We called and explained that spots were missed, especially on one side of the house. The person we spoke with said that they would come back the next day (Wednesday) between 8:30 am and 9:30 am.
