I paid $267 for 2 1/2 bathrooms to be cleaned. This was the “initial” cleaning which is supposed to be a “DEEP” clean. I rated them through the link they provided and stated that the master bathroom tub was still filthy with grime in it. The 1/2 bathroom still had dust in the window sill. They responded immediately that they would send Quality Assurance out after lunch. She did show up, but only cleaned what I pointed out. She did not look over anything else that had been cleaned. Quality Assurance is supposed to check the work especially if there has been a complaint of incomplete work. But nope. The chrome still had water spots. I cannot believe that I paid almost $300 for that. Then when I called to cancel my bi-weekly cleanings…I was offered a different person. No thank you. Everyone I spoke with was polite. But the “guarantee of their service” was definitely a disappointment.
