After a plumbing leak our insurance offered to send a team to mitigate damages. SADLY, I chose servpro! The loss occurred in early August 2020. A team of 2 showed up 8/9/20 to clean up and removed a hardwood floor. In doing so, they broke a glass in the oven door as I sat in a chair and watched. servepro HAVE NEVER CORRECTED THE BREAKAGE. They initially wanted to remove my entire cooktop and oven. Expecting a quick repair and turn around, I allowed them to take ONLY the door for repair. Approaching the Holidays with no repaired door I insisted on the door being returned. Amazing that they actually did something they said they would and returned the broken door. No offer of a replacement oven and cooktop, only that a door is ordered and ON BACKORDER, they$0027ll call when it is received.
