The worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere! I have been going to this place for 3 years and it is always the same: unfriendly and unprofessional service. So this is not just a one time visit experience. It is an overall consistent experience of the three years I have been going there. They really don’t care and don’t want to help the customers. They give attitude and act like they are above you. Only when I absolutely have an emergency, I enter through their doors! Thank goodness there is Ace in Cidra and Home Depot in Caguas which give exceptional customer service and have much better inventory.

This store is supposed to close at 5:00pm, I was there around 4:45pm and the employee literally shut the door in front of me. They just missed a client.... I$0027ve heard similar comments about this store and their bad service. I wouldn$0027t recommend this store to anyone. The hours from the internet differ from the hours on the front door. That$0027s why people keep buying from other megastores☺
