Super responsive and timely! Came when promised and worked very hard to make the place look its best. I was abit nervous about my log siding finish, but it came out totally unharmed and looking great. I did have to wipe some lingering drops from under the sills to avoid spotting, but results are great.

We have had nothing but amazing results & services with Lakeside Wash. We hired John at Lakeside Wash back in 2017 and have hired him back every year. We have hired him to wash the entire main Clubhouse building & deck, pool house, pool & surrounding concrete, pool chairs and the golf scoreboard. We at MBCC have always struggled to keep these areas clean using our own staff, especially the pool because our pool liner is very old and needs careful care. John is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of what he does, with the chemicals he uses and his processes/techniques. Hiring John was the best decision we made for keeping these areas clean.
