Working a deal on a utility tractor with Steve Winterquist at the Grand Forks North Dakota store was a great experience. He$0027s really easy to talk to, and was helpful when we were looking for a loader tractor. We were kind of all over the board with the size we wanted, but he didn$0027t get annoyed. It took awhile for us to decide but he always treated us like that was the day we were going to make a deal. One of the best people we have dealt with. So how many times does it take to stop in..... and or call to get equipment in at Evergreen / True North? any guesses???.... 15......yes this is not a typing error. If you want to cater to the big farmers I understand more money more business that$0027s fine but don$0027t keep saying we will get you in and don$0027t follow thru!!! There is a lot of other Implement repair guys that are happy to accommodate the small farmer. Now I got every excuse possible and attitude from the first service manager but I actually got a call the other day January 4 asking me if I wanted my combine brought in??? I have to say I was shocked.. But I declined...And under the circumstances for the last 3 years the gentleman I spoke with understood..... So hopefully by writing this article will help the next small farmer to not have the headaches and BS that I had to endure.
