Pats Small Engine Plus Reviews
Martin
Today is a sad day for me and my relationship with Pat small engine. I have bought six Spartan mowers with two other mowers that I was bugeting on ordering them hopefully this year. That order will be canceled (approx $30,000.00). The job of a vendor is to supply adequate in stock or service needs for its customers by identifying a trend or routine problem that they should need to respond to quickly and professionally. I may not be a very large company but based on the conversation that I had with Frank today who I guess makes all internal decisions on Parts on hand refuses to be open to a conversation on a widely known problem with Spartan mowers their digital keypad. He feels that the digital pads one he has in stock should be an adequate replacement for commercial use (I strongly disagree). Spartan (now toro owned) Finally have come up with a KEY conversion kit and I have asked that they try to keep one version of each new kit on hand. Almost every single customer that has bought a Spartan is Pretty much guaranteed to need a new keypad (residential customers may be lucky and not???). This has been a poor design and has left us stranded on several occasions. We have warranted/purchased approximately 12 digital pads over the last 4 years either through Pat$0027s Small Engines or other places that have them in stock based on the needs of our company and/or customers.

Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
- Confirm what services are included: Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
- Ask about equipment and cleaning methods: Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and certifications: Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
- Request a written estimate and service agreement: Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
