The next morning he arrived right at 9, as agreed upon. It was a very through job that went so fast I’m not sure if it was an hour or hour and a half. The house looked like it had new siding on it! The Realtor listed the house for $139,000 and we got an offer for $144,000 the first day! Well worth the money!
