I called Dixon’s Hardware, knowing full well they were probably busy with assisting other folks. I explained the situation to them and they said they would get right on it, do what they could. Next thing I know, their doorbell rang and there they were! The gentleman who showed up was courteous, professional, and quite thorough. I live in a different city and state than my parents…I can tell you for certain that this type of service is nonexistent where I live. You simply can’t beat small-town service.
