I’m a regular at this location. However, the service has gone downhill recently. The past three times I’ve ordered from the MTO menu, my order has been wrong. Once they forgot something completely. The second time they forgot to put the steak on a steak salad. And today they forgot to put the lettuce on my sandwich but I understand I was interrupting their social hour. This was evidenced by the fact they were in deep discussion about tattoos and sharing pictures with each other on their phones. I even heard the one girl stop and ask herself out loud “What was I doing again?” Disappointed!

The Teays Valley Sheetz is the best, all of the people that work there are amazing and friendly, genuinely care about the customers. This Sheetz is very blessed to have hired CAYDEN! He goes above and beyond his job. I wouldn’t know him if I saw him so this isn’t someone talking him up. I called & ask about my son’s car (the way he described it, it sounded as if it was in their parking lot) and Cayden politely placed me on hold as he went out to check for me. Of course every Sheetz I’ve been to… and I’m oddly addicted to Sheetz lol… all the employees have been exceptional. Whatever their business plan is as far as hiring personnel is working very well! Do they keep their employees that they have? I would hope so as they need to keep them happy so they will stay! I’ve been to this particular one and they were all helpful, professional, & polite/nice. It was clean and nice as always. What is it about Sheetz that’s so different that it’s addictive??? Lol
