Did all of my sidewalks and concrete patio. Also did my brick patios and re-sanded them. Great job, and Paul, the owner was extremely friendly. Price was very reasonable for all work he did. Would highly recommend him.

Hired this guy to wash and stain our large deck. Within less than a year we had huge chunks of paint chip off, all of the nails have rusted (this was never a problem before), he did not fix any of the repairs we discussed.. Clearly too big of a job for him to do properly. Don’t waste your money. I look at my deck now that I paid thousands of dollars to have painted and I want to be sick, knowing I wasted money on a person not qualified.

Paul and his crew are very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone. He did power washing and snow plowing for me . He has competitive rates and if there is a better way to do something he will advise and then you can decide from there. Thanks Paul for your outstanding service!!!!!!

Recommendations before contracting
Before hiring a pressure washing service in Gratiot, we recommend reviewing a few important tips. While our directory covers the entire United States, it’s not possible for us to personally verify every business listed. So, before granting access to your home, please consider the following suggestions:
Check the Company's Experience and References
Before hiring, take the time to research the company. Check online reviews on other platforms such as Google, Yelp and their social media pages. Ask for before and after photos of previous jobs. A reputable pressure washing company should have a track record of successful projects and satisfied customers. Don't be afraid to ask how long they've been in business and if they've worked on homes similar to yours.
Understand What Surfaces Can Be Pressure Washed
Not every surface of your home can handle pressure washing. Concrete driveways and patios can usually take it, but siding, wood decks, roofs, and windows may require soft washing (low-pressure with cleaning solutions). A good provider will explain the difference and tailor the service to protect your property from damage.
Ask About the Cleaning Solutions They Use
Many pressure washing services use chemicals or detergents to help break down dirt, mold, and stains. Ask if their products are eco-friendly and safe for pets, kids, and landscaping. If you're concerned about environmental impact, look for companies that use biodegradable or plant-safe cleaners.
Make Sure They’re Insured and Licensed
Always confirm that the company carries proper insurance. This includes liability insurance (in case your property is damaged) and worker’s compensation (to cover any employee injuries on your property). Hiring someone without coverage could leave you legally and financially responsible for accidents.
Get a Detailed Quote in Writing
Before any work begins, request a written estimate. It should include the total cost, specific areas to be cleaned, the methods/products used, the estimated time to complete the job, and any potential additional charges. This prevents misunderstandings and gives you something to refer to if there are issues later.
