Under Pressure By Ted did an outstanding job painting our ranch style house and pressure washing our driveway and sidewalks. Ted knows painting and is thorough! He started out by pressure washing the house to ensure the paint had a clean surface to adhere to. A critical step a lot of contractors skip. When he was done cleaning the house, he pressure washed the driveway, sidewalks and curbing free of debris and mold. He caulked all visible cracks high and low on the house and applied a surface sealant on areas to receive paint. Using a combination of rolling, brushing, and spraying he applied two coats of sherwin-William’s top-of-the-line paint “Rain Refresh” on all surfaces; the walls, trim, shutters, front door, and the garage door, all while protecting the surrounding areas with a drop cloth. Ted did not miss a thing. Our house looks immaculate! We could not have asked for a better contractor.
