Unfortunately, I wanted to be happy with the service I received, but I$0027m not. I used Flagler clean and Seal a few years ago and they did a fantastic job. This time when my lanai was completed, it looked great, but then about 4wks later I noticed chunks of sand was coming out of the joints in different areas of my lanai. I sent a message to Jamie, the Manager, and he sent an employee to come out to resand and seal the spots. Not long after this I noticed more sand coming out of the joints, and even in the same area that the employee put more sand and sealer. I tried contacting the owner by leaving a message on the answering machine, with no phone call back. I messaged the Manager again and was told they were busy with other customers and that he would work on getting the owner to contact me. Well, that was 4weeks ago. I have never heard back. So, I will no longer use this company, nor will I be referring anyone to them.
