Eric Zehr of Blue Mountain Pressure Washing contacted me the same day I called. We had an excellent conversation about what I needed and how he could help me. He did a great job of explaining the soft wash process and how the job would be done to ensure the safety of our home and roof, as well as their employees. The price was very reasonable. I ordered a whole roof wash, gutter cleaning, whole house cleaning and window cleaning He was responsive to some additional requests I had prior to the work, and made sure they were added. He kept me updated on the upcoming work date. I also received a call to let me know they were on their way. The two technicians were neat, uniformed, friendly and very competent. They worked all day, and did an outstanding job! The roof, house, gutters, decks, soffit, and windows really shine and look new. Eric called me the day after the work was completed to ensure the job was OK and if I had questions. I did have some lichen on the roof which was not removed by the process. Eric explained to me that the cleaner will kill them and they would fall off or be washed away by rain. I highly recommend Eric, the technicians, and the entire process. It is excellent!
