I use Brad regularly for my own home, as well as rental properties. He’s reasonably priced, knowledgeable in his craft, and does a great job. Brad’s 2nd generation in this business, learning from his father. He’s taught me a lot about the finer details, washing fences without leaving stripes, handling oxidized garage doors, bird nests and insect poop, how decks and patios, wood siding and brick and stucco differ. There is a LOT more to pressure cleaning than one realizes. I regularly refer Brad to friends and have never been disappointed.
