Price of 2 candies rang up $1.35 each when the sticker on the shelf read 1.25 on each. Checker retrieved the supposed person on duty. He asked what the problem was and when I explained it he commented oh wow $.20 whole cents, I hope that wasn’t going to break you. He kept it up and at first I countered back that I hoped it didn’t break Dollar General for charging $.20 more than the price read. He kept it up and up. Eventually stated how amazed he was I could do math and how was that. I told him I will keep my mouth zipped on that answer. Still he continued and when the checker gave me change he stated Inhooe you enjoy your $.20. I told him he was being rude and had been from the beginning. He was still mouthing off as I walked out the door. I hope Dollar General corporate office addresses this matter. Maybe because I am white skinned he has issues with and is racists against white colored people.
