I texted them and received a response in a very short time. He asked my address and got back with me on the square footage and cost per sq ft and the total cost of the job the next morning. We set up a date and he was there the day and time he said he’d be there. They even helped move several plants since I was running a little behind on getting my numerous plants away from the house. When the breaker to my livingroom tripped while he was there and said something to him asking if it could be related, he helped me locate the problem and said he wouldn’t leave without me having electric to my livingroom. Turned out it was a bad plug in. I was very impressed when he wouldn’t leave me unless I had power to the livingroom when he knew it was the only part of the house without electric. He spent between 30-60 minutes tracking down the source and making sure what the problem was. That was the best money I have spent and will hire them back in a heartbeat. I highly recommend them.
